The team is made up of Gypsies, Traveller, and members of the settled population working together for the realisation of human rights for these minority groups. The soft-heartedness is run by the Chief Executive Officer, Yvonne MacNamara supported by a senior management team.  We have three teams, Operations and Administration, Partnerships and Capacity Building and Policy Campaigns and Research. We employ a cadre staff group to unhook our aims and objectives supported by an spanking-new volunteer and internship team. We contract a number of self-sustaining consultancies on a needs understructure to help us unhook our services. Yvonne MacNamara Chief Executive Officer Yvonne joined the staff team of the Traveller Movement as CEO April 2008. Yvonne is a well seasoned practitioner within the field of polity minutiae and equality and has held a number of senior management roles. She currently sits on a number of newsy groups wideness government and within the wider sector. She is responsible for overseeing and leading the soft-heartedness and all of its teams. Christina KerriganPolityDevelopment and Partnerships Officer Christina joined the Traveller Movement in 2017 as a polity minutiae intern. She is an Irish Traveller and a mother of 2 children. She is passionate well-nigh delivering training to schools and helping GRT children get the right education they need. She is moreover very interested in helping women who may be victims to domestic violence and helping to well-wisher for their needs. She is a member of the Women’s Empowerment Network. She really enjoys working at The Traveller Movement and stuff part of fighting the issues GRT communities face. Sabrina Franklin Office Manager Sabrina joined the Traveller Movement in 2010 initially working on implementing the PQASSO Quality Mark. Sabrina comes from the preliminaries in the voluntary sector, gaining many years of wits in administration, event planning, volunteer management, frontline work and Elders Day Care Work. Sabrina is passionate well-nigh supporting people with mental health needs and has achieved her Mental Health Initial Response Certificate. In Sabrina’s own time, she loves spending time with her family, taking trips to tattoo conventions and writing poetry. Patricia Stapleton Partnerships Manager Patricia joined the Traveller Movement as partnerships manager in September 2017. Patricia moreover runs TM’s education project where she provides support and sponsorship to GRT parents.Surpassingjoining TM Patricia worked for a migrant rights NGO in Ireland and then for a variety of NGOs in the UK. Patricia recently completed a PhD in Applied Social Studies where she examined the long term outcomes for victims of human trafficking in Ireland. Patricia is passionate well-nigh promoting the human rights of marginalised groups in society. In her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, meeting friends and exploring London. Cassie Marie McDonagh Partnerships Officer Cassie Marie McDonagh first joined The Traveller Movement in 2009 as a support officer. She returned to TM in 2017 where her work now focuses on Hate crime. Cassie Marie is a Traveller woman and has experienced racism and favoritism first hand and so is passionate well-nigh empowering the GRT community. Cassie cares passionately well-nigh promoting GRT History in schools and campaigns for its inclusion in the national curriculum. Cassie is moreover a very proud mother of a trappy little girl. Jenni Berlin Case Worker and Research Officer Jenni has a PhD in sociology, where she studied the well-being of housed Gypsies and Travellers in England and Finnish Roma in Finland (available from: epublications.uef.fi).  In wing to working at TM, Jenni is doing her post-doctoral research well-nigh ‘home’, and is a Research Fellow at Buckinghamshire New University and occasionally at Greenwich University, working on research projects involving Gypsy, Traveller and migrant Roma issues. For the last five years Jenni has assisted Professor Margaret Greenfields and IDRICS in several research projects, and co-written national and international seminar reports. In her free-time Jenni fosters cats, plays football and enjoys going to rock, metal and punk concerts. Gemma Egan-Perkins Policy and Public Affairs Officer Gemma joined the Traveller Movement as their Policy and Public Affairs Officer in 2017. Gemma has a preliminaries in a number of fields including politics, education and the media. She worked on Radio 5 Live for a number of years on the Breakfast show and has moreover worked for a number of Labour party politicians in campaigning, researching and dealing with casework. Gemma is passionate well-nigh politics and in particular has an interest in the areas of education, social integration and democratic rights. Gemma enjoys cycling, travelling and cooking. Jim Davies LegalMinutiaeManager Jim Davies is the LegalMinutiaeManager.  He has worked slantingly the TM for a number of years in his previous role as Director of the Gypsy Roma Traveller Police Association, which he cofounded in 2014.  His main interest and focus is on dismantling the societal barriers that exist for the Romani and Traveller people that prevent them from accessing the same equality of opportunity and quality of life that the majority of the population have wangle to. Tina McInerney Women’s Worker Tina is the women’s worker within the Traveller Movement. She first joined the team in 2008 as a volunteer, surpassing joining the staff team in 2010. Since then she has been involved in the minutiae of a number of projects. Tina helps in the wordage of cultural sensation training in schools. She moreover delivers training on domestic violence to frontline workers wideness local authorities.  She moreover sits on a local self-sustaining newsy group with the Metropolitan police in her local borough. She recently joined the parents’ newsy panel at the Family Rights Group.
